Our Treatment Approach

Across services, we approach treatment through a trauma-informed, relationship-oriented, and neuroaffirming lens. We view understanding a client’s unique processing and communication styles and their life circumstances as vital to the therapeutic process. This information helps us to incorporate and adapt evidence-based strategies to cater to a client’s strengths, needs, and interests.

We aim to help clients to better understand their neurotype, celebrate their neurodivergent identify, and develop skills to be the best and happiest versions of themselves, rather than change to fit within a specific mold. Different clients may benefit from different learning approaches, but we strive to deliver all services with dignity and respect, and with an emphasis on client self-autonomy and self-advocacy. We believe our differences make us stronger.

Above all, we value the importance of taking the time to develop a trusting and collaborative working relationship with our clients and their families.

Our practice is affirming and welcoming to LGBTQIA+, all races, and all cultures.
