Neuroconverge is an “out-of-network,” fee-for-service provider. This means that we have chosen to provide services without signing contracts with insurance companies. This allows us to develop the best plan to fit your needs without having to work within potential constraints from insurance companies such as appointment length and covered/non-covered services and diagnoses. In the case of assessments, this allows us the flexibility to examine presenting issues more comprehensively, which can ultimately support better treatment outcomes. Working an out-0f-network provider also allows clients to maintain better control over their personal information.
Service Fees:
Initial appointment and one-hour follow-up appointments with Dr. Henzel: $250
Abbreviated session appointments with Dr. Henzel (45-minutes): $200
Psychological assessment with Dr. Henzel: $225 per hour
Skill-building groups: $100 per session
Initial and follow-up consultation sessions with Katy Hunt: $200 per hour (pro-rated in 15-minute increments)
Out-of-Network (OON) Benefits: We are happy to produce a superbill for eligible services. This may allow you to collect some reimbursement from your insurance through OON benefits. We recommend that you call your insurance company before initiating services to inquire about your out-of-network benefits, deductibles, process for seeking reimbursement, etc.
Union County Board of Developmental Disabilities Clients/Families: You may be eligible to allocate funds towards services at Neuroconverge. Check with your service coordinator for further information.
