  • Initial Diagnostic Evaluations: Comprehensive assessments to identify and diagnose psychological, cognitive, or developmental conditions.

  • Evaluations for Learning, Attention, and Executive Functioning Concerns: Detailed objective testing of neurocognition, learning, attention, and social-emotional needs.

  • Academic and Standardized Testing Accommodation Evaluations: Evaluations to provide the comprehensive documentation required by testing boards and universities for individuals with ADHD, learning, or neurodevelopmental needs. We support students preparing for college entry exams (SAT, ACT), graduate admissions (MCAT, GRE, LSAT, USMLE), and for accessing needed campus disability services.

  • Diagnostic Clarification and Second Opinions: Independent evaluations designed to review previous findings, resolve diagnostic uncertainty, and provide peace of mind regarding treatment direction.

  • Re-Evaluations and Progress Monitoring: Follow-up assessments to track cognitive, developmental, or psychological changes over time, and update documentation as needs evolve.

  • In-person and Virtual Adult ADHD and Autism Assessments: Insight-oriented diagnostic assessments offered for adults residing in Ohio or most other US states (PSYPACT-participating states).

Pricing

Neuroconverge offers flat-fee pricing for commonly administered types of assessments, which is based on an hourly assessment rate of $225. Time billed typically ranges from 7-16 hours and depends on the referral questions and goals for the assessment. Pricing includes all activities for the assessment: initial/intake meeting, direct testing, record review, rating scales, incorporation of parent and teacher feedback (when applicable) analysis and conceptualization, report writing, and the feedback meeting. We are a self-pay, out-of-network (OON) provider. However, insurance OON benefits may also offer some reimbursement for assessments. We are happy to provide a superbill, and also accept HSA/FSA funds. Please contact your insurance for plan-specific details.

  • Evaluates for Autism symptoms and general developmental functioning (e.g. cognitive ability/early childhood development, adaptive behavior, and executive functioning). Also includes a thorough assessment of social-emotional/behavioral conditions that may be co-occurring. Parent and teacher measures are included. This evaluation includes the measures requested by county boards of developmental disabilities as part of their process for determining qualification for services. Academic achievement testing can be added for an additional fee.

  • Includes measures of neurocognitive functioning, academic achievement, attention, and social-emotional/behavioral functioning. Evaluates for potential learning disabilities and ADHD. Parent and teacher rating scales are included, when applicable. Autism-specific testing is not included, but can be added for an additional fee.

  • Includes assessments of ADHD symptoms, commonly co-occurring social-emotional conditions, and executive functioning. Parent and teacher measures are included. Includes a performance-based measure such as cognition or memory.

  • Includes evaluation of ADHD symptoms, other potential mental health needs, and executive functioning. Performance-based testing (e.g. cognitive ability) is not included, but can be added for an additional fee. Performance-based testing available for in-person clients only at this time.

  • Includes evaluation of Autism and ADHD symptoms and other common mental health needs, as well as executive functioning. Performance-based testing (e.g. cognitive ability) is not included, but can be added for an additional fee. Performance-based testing is only available for in-person clients at this time.

  • This evaluation is for young adults or adults who are seeking clarification and/or documentation of any applicable diagnoses (e.g. Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities) and their current support needs. This information can be used to help access college and community supports. This evaluation commonly includes assessment of conditions such as Autism, ADHD, and co-occurring social-emotional needs, as well as cognitive, academic, and functional skill levels.
